I’ll be joining EY around 16 September. Will i get pro rated salary of September in October?

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. Why’re all FSO practices hiring data and analytics people when FSO already have a DNA practice? Is DNA only a higher cost Cognizant or Tata?

As a tax manager how do you stop feeling like a factory worker on the line churning out tax returns?
