Hi everyone! I’m an S1 in tax at a Big 4 in NY (only been here for a few months). I was recently offered a chance to join a long term engagement (at least one year) for a massive new client. I’ll only be focusing on the tax provision aspect for them. They’re building out a team just for this client from scratch. Do you think this is a good project to be on? Any negatives or drawbacks? I have a query. Offer agreement states that termination can be initiated from either party by giving 3 months prior notice or equivalent pay.
