Hi everyone. I'm currently working in small medium sized company, in Europe. How can I convince my superiors to have me transfered in one of the US branches? What criterias should I meet? I know that it is much easier to get to US with an L1A/B visa as there is no cap, unlike the H1B, but of course there are adv and disadvantages for each of the visas. If you ca guide me through this I will be very grateful. I would like to mention that I'm not in a managerial position.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
