Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these. I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
