I'm asking from getting my resume selected to getting an offer.
I read everywhere that only DSA and system design is needed, but I'm still concious about my tech stack.

I say follow up, but keep it brief.
With my current position, I was contacted for an interview & immediately let them know I was available. After I didn’t hear back for a week or two, I reached out again & we scheduled an interview for a Wednesday. I came back for a second interview on Thursday & was offered the job on Friday.
My point is that sometimes, people are just busy. Tomorrow, I’d call first then email if you can’t get it touch. Friday’s are generally a good time (people are usually less busy & in a better mood).
I’d say something like: “I’m reaching out to see if I can provide you with any other information. I remain interested in this position, and I hope to hear from you soon.”
Good luck!

I would not call partners An HR contact maybe....
Are you interviewing in a market experiencing this crazy weather? That would explain a delay
Nope, sunny Los Angeles but I appreciate the creative potential cause!

They also may have been closed Monday for Presidents Day but he just forgot it was a holiday. I’d give it a couple days to a week and then follow up.
Good point, thank you! I’ll wait another day or two.
Follow up with the person that told you they’d reach out Monday. Lawyers are especially busy and the best way I get reminded to do things is via kind email reminders.
Thanks for your input! I’ll reach out tomorrow or Thursday. Trying to find the right balance between eager but patient.
Wait is it market to send thank yous for lateral interviews?

A2, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. I don’t think it matters much either way. If they love you or hate you, thank you notes are not going to make a difference. If you’re somewhere in the middle, maybe a good or bad thank you note can push you one way or another.
