I’m switching jobs for the first time after working 4 years in one of the WITCH companies. My current CTC is a little over 5 LPA.
When HR calls before the interview, they usually ask for my expected CTC. I’m considering quoting around 12 LPA, but I’m also curious about growth potential.
Is it realistic to expect a jump closer to 18+ LPA if I’m able to secure multiple offers and use them in negotiation? Or would that be overshooting given my current package?

I’m looking to switch career from data analyst to interior designer. But from what I saw the interior designer has a relatively lower pay compared with data jobs. What should I do? Interior design work makes me happy but it earns less. I’m currently at a small luxury residential design firm where I have been for 3+ years, and have a total of 6 years of work experience including internships.
