I’ve my second round scheduled soon for React role at S&P Global . The first round was mostly focused on frontend concepts, JavaScript output-based questions, and some React problem-solving.

Can anyone share what I can expect in the second round? Will it be more system design, deep React concepts, or a mix of technical + managerial?

Any tips or recent experiences would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

I am currently working in non tech as an analyst. I have learnt SQL AND Data warehousing concepts. I am thinking of switching to any data related role Data Analyst/Data engineer. Appreciate your views/thoughts on this.

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.
