No offense 🥲

Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

Congrats!!
Thank you so much!
I think it used to be 195-220 pre raises. So if we go by what C1 went from and to, it might be in the 220-250 (base) range now.
Is the TC figure target or top performance? 160k bonus seems incredible
Bain pays incredibly well post-MBA, will make a decent chunk more than the equivalents at McK/BCG. The numbers also include a profit share component - so in bad years it could be 20-30k less than the numbers here (equally it could be 20-30k higher in good years)
If you join pre-MBA then it’ll end up pretty similar to peers elsewhere as it takes a year longer to get to the post-MBA level
