Need your advice in choosing an offer from below.

Hashedin by Deloitte - 29 LPA, 15% variable.
LTI Mindtree - 34 LPA with 10% variable.

LTM is close to my house but has 3 months notice period and hikes are uncertain. Hashedin is far from my house but as per conversations with other people in Hashedin, hikes are done, Bi yearly hikes as well.
Tech stack is similar for both.
Please suggest. Would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?

I changed 5 companies in my 5 years of experience, is this really impact my resume? i changed because i got opportunity in terms of technology , career growth and compensation.

Why doesn't the interview panelists inform the candidates if they've cleared the interview or not ?

Whenever I'm taking interviews, I clearly tell the candidates at the end if they should work hard and come back (Rejected) or if they've done well (Selected)

I've been on the other side of the fence and it sucks to get ghosted by recruiters.

Should I feel gratitude or demotivated?
I have resigned from my previous company without any offer in hand just 10 months after joining due to its toxic work culture and I couldn't find a job for 6 months. Got rejected by many companies due to the 6 months gap and the new company I joined took me just based on my interview performance and offered only a 10% hike on my previous salary. Now one of my friends joined the same role in the company with a 40% hike. Can I ask HR for more salary now?

In the TCS offer letter they have not mentioned about the leave structure. Can someone please let me know the number of leaves in TCS each year
