I am a Scrum Maater and Developer (SAP Fiori Ui5 + CAPm Node.js) in a Product Engineering team in SAP Labs India exp of 8.3 years with 22lpa. I recently got an offer from Sopra Steria of 32lpa at 3A level as Achitect (for SAP BTP / UI5). My joining team would be consulting team.

Other than pay increase, there are lesser leaves, possibily insurance with more premium on me, work hours will depend on client. Does it make sense to move?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

Do they give 100% of that loyalty allowance annually or they give a part of it annually?
