I got an offer in Singapore for 4k SGD per month. I have 3.4 years of experience in IT Audit and also did masters in specialization with Information Security and hold two certs. I currently earn approx 12 L per annum ( fixed + bonus) in India. Do you think it's a good offer. Also my expectations were 6k SGD or more per month. I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

So I had HR discussions after tech and managerial round and she said, she will have to get approval from management for salary discussions as it’s on the higher side as per my YOE.

If you ask for a release, he will either not release you or release with a very bad rating and influence other project managers to not take you into their projects.

You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.

While I'm checking on Medibuddy, there's an "amount to pay" displayed on each of the tests.
