Hi everyone, what is the best approach to leaving the company, if you want to get the November bonus? I heard that tendering your resignation in Oct or even in early Nov can result in them terminating your contract earlier so you will not get a single cent in bonus, so the safe way is to tender your resignation in early December right after you get your bonus; but then you will need to serve 3 months of notice period all the way till Feb. Are these true?
