Compansation negotiation is scheduled.
I am holding an offer of 19.5 ( 18 fixed and 1.5 variable)

I am having 3 years and 8 months experience as Java Developer skilled in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
How much Should I negotiate?

What's the confirmation procedure in TCS? In the offer letter it was mentioned that initial 3 months would be probation and after that confirmation. Could you guys please let me know if any action or follow ups required from our end or HR will do the needful ? Please let me know
