Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Here I'm working in 15 days rotational shifts ( 6:30 am to 3:30 pm , 9:30 am to 6:30 pm , 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm , 4;00 pm to 1:am )
Every 15 days the shift get's changing ... sometimes it might be monthly shift
CCTC : - 3 LPA ( 22K IN HAND MONTHLY)

Now those days are gone bro. Tech background and all. Just learn courses. Don't regret later
We are in general shift only. But due to WFH we are login at 11 and logging off according to us π
I was also in same boat till 7-8 months ago, it will take 10-15 days to adjust, The best thing about this shift is that you wouldnβt need to stretch especially when you are in office. No one would except you to be on office after 9. And you could go to gym etc in morning

May i know the product based company name? If you are working in 12-9pm then you are going to get shift allowance for sure ..20*300rs minimum

12 to 9 is not bad. Most peopel anyway work till 7 .. now its just 2..3 more hours.

Yeha if you have kids it's an issue. But if hybrid you will have 2 working days at home and 2 weekend days. But you will have all of morning and can pursue hobby or other things you interested in
If it's work from home it's great time. Because usually even if we have 10-7 timings they are always extended due to calls. But because of 12-9 that problem is solved for you.
I believe with this shift timings they should provide you cabs, and if they schedule meeting at 8:30 well you will miss your cab! So I think this would not be the case.
