How to deal with people flirting with you at work.
I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. We’re good friends and work together constantly because we’re on the same client, so I don’t want to make it awkward. Do I just do nothing and let it go? I am trying to do a backdoor roth but have about 60k sitting in traditional IRAs. I also currently live in NYC, would it be best to rollover everything into 401k, then do backdoor?
