I currently have an offer for SAP Functional/Tech role and I’m seriously evaluating whether to join or not. I recently moved from Deloitte India within 10 months mainly because of heavy favouritism, poor culture, politics, and lack of work-life balance.
• How is the actual work culture? • Is WLB manageable in SAP projects? • How are managers andand team culture in reality? • Is there too much politics/micromanagement?

So what’s the best agency right now, in terms of culture, work/life balance (lol), and work?

Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. The work seems like it’s not a good fit for me but it feels crazy to pass up trying to get that amount of money when there really isn’t a realistic alternative to that amount of wealth (and I do want that amount of wealth).
