Hi Fishers, What can my expected CTC be for a PO role at Servicenow? My current profile is 6 years experience with 19 LPA. I have couple of offers with 23 LPA and 25 LPA.

First time in negotiation but offer is for $25k more, $90k-> $115k. Guaranteed 25% bonus. They seem hard to budge but is that worth a jump? I know it’s about an extra $1300/month for base

I feel like my brain works like a consultant, and I would enjoy consulting, but I also looove all things finance & investing. While I don’t necessarily have extensive experience in the field (most of what I know is self taught, my major is accounting), I want to get involved in it somehow and learn more.

I currently work in audit, I’m not sure what exit opportunities are an option for me for the investing/finance industry. Feel like chances are are slim. Any advice?
