Are Cognizant HR really that bad?
Been more than a month since appeared for the interview & 2 weeks+ since HR discussion. but yet to receive offer.
Now when I contact HR she says the application is with another HR, I am just intermediate HR & shared her mail id.
When I mailed the other HR I get OOO replies.

No wonder attrition is highest at Cognizant.

Already holding 3 offers so definitely not joining them whenever they bother releasing the offer 😤

Need your suggestions. I have a got an offer from XYZ company. Dropped my paper and serving notice period. Now XYZ company is asking me to work on a contract basis until I get relieved from my current company. If I don’t join my offer is null and void. And I don’t hold any other offers as well. How should I handle this. Join XYZ company on contract basis and once after getting a better offer inform XYZ and quit or I shouldn’t join them
