Can anyone kindly share their ESP/non-promotion hike experience for 7B band last year in ISL/ISDL?
My ratings for 2H 2023: Exceptional and Successful and current PMR: 0.84. 2H 2023 was my first appraisal cycle in IBM.
Got GDP ~ 3.65% and PA ~3.97% of prorated CTC. Can I expect some hike or need to start studying for a switch?
