Currently am working with TCS and I have total 11 years of experience and serving notice period. I got a job offer from CTS with 40% of hike.

Now here the point is am bit confused to join CTS when compared to job security in TCS. Currently hearing so many Organizations are laying off, with this situation do you suggest to take my paper back and continue with TCS interms of job security. Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? My question is how genuine can that promise be ? Anyone faced similar situation before ? How Canada work permits generally happen here in CTS and how many months it can take ?
