When i joined my first company i used to get hot skill bonus. But now a days not even getting good hikes while trying to switch..

In other domains people are getting 30+lpa with less than 5 yrs experience.

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. During the interview, If the interviewer recommended you to talk to somebody else in the firm but not the original rescheduled interviewers,what does that mean? After the recommendation, he stopped asking me questions. And the conversation only covered about 60% of the whole interview timeline. Shall I follow up with him about the ‘mentioned talk’?
