For Manager position in Broadridge what is the designation level they give and can someone explain the hierarchy level for broadridge . Also how is the work culture in Broadridge in hyderabad location .Is it hybrid or WFH ?

I am working as React Develpor in IBM ISL(India software Labs ) with decent WLB. Recently got an offer from EY GDS with 30 percent hike. Role : Senior Technical lead .
Being a married female, i am little bit concerned about WLB in long term.
I have heard in EY they tag you in more than 1 project.
How is the quality of work and team management .
