Wipro - 18(including 7.5% variable) location is my hometown Vizag (Hr told for this project PAN india locations we are hiring and if they ask to report you can report at vizag.(but in case of project change no idea)
IBM - 20lpa + 2L JB ( Hyderabad location and asking to come in person for onboarding and no idea about work from home policy)

No futher negotiations in package offered
Any suggestions?

I recently made the switch from industry finance to consulting and I’m struggling to find my place within the role. I was brought on as a Sr.Associate and I feel like I’m not producing at the same level as those below me. I’ve been told that my focus probably needs to move from producing deliverables to guiding/leading those who are producing deliverables. I’ve an total 3YOE in Pyspark and Python technologies And holding offers from Bank of America for 15.5 fixed and IDFC with 17lpa + 1 joining bonus.

In Bank of America it is more of a core Python role whereas in IDFC it is more related to Data Engineer role. I’m confused between choosing since Bank of America has bigger brand value and also both organizations have similar work life balance.
