Itc Infotech - 28LPA - hybrid 3 days office commute is 45min-1hr one side.

Hi peeps. Need a suggestion , I am about to switch for a change and I have an offer from LTI for PM but my current location is noida. I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen. How much does a project manager travel and how will this role help?. Please help

Would it be practical to look for an apartment 10-15 kms away if the office location is Marathahalli?
Location of choice would be hebbal, thanisandra, avalahalli and other similar ones.
Would it make sense to reside in such locations and travel to work?
Would like to hear from folk who are/have done the above?

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?

My Accenture recruiter told me that in order to revise my current offer she would need to reject my current offer first and no need to worry on that part. Is this normal? Please provide genuine feedback.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
