How much CTC can I ask for from Autodesk considering below factors:
Role - Software test engineer
Yoe - 4.5
Offer in hand - 11.10 LPA CTC with 1 L joining bonus

Autodesk also seems to provide stock options. What is the vesting period and how many stocks/ amount of stocks per year I can ask for?
What could be the % annual bonus (fixed/variable) on base pay ?

I realized a slow pace at work is really bad for me. A couple years ago I was experiencing burn out from my fast paced job supporting transactions, and believed by moving to a slower job in a lower cost area, I would be sailing off to the sunset. Wrong, I spend weeks following up with other teams, often times they forgot what we discussed, so I spent 50% if the time reminding them of the topics and next steps. I spend most of my time writing memos no one will read.

Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. With all this I am supposed to get approx 2 lakh. But I got 56k today. I am not sure if it is the F&f settlement or not. Can anyone help?
