I am a 4.9 years experienced data scientist working in Allianz (WFH). I have received two offers:
1. Yash Technologies: 19.50 LPA (company is in my home town)
2. Tiger Analytics: (22 LPA + Relocation): for this I will have to move to Hyderabad.
3. My current company is also providing me somewhere around 19.50 LPA.

I am really confused about which one I should choose, could you guys please help me here, thanks in advance.

Does anyone know why we have received same increment even when our ratings are different. There is only slight difference in bonus amount, rest is same for all guys. This is definitely true for 0-1 yoe ones.

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
All these articles published in India are just to fool them
