Hi Fishes! I am currently working as a manager in the asset management division of HSBC, TOE 6.5yrs in different profiles of asset management. Currently a passive product specialist. I am looking to change my role into project manager. Could anyone suggest if finance industry specially asset management have this role, because i have never come across it. Also would it be ideal to change industry post the completion of course, will my work ex get recognition?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy.
