Now U.B.S wants to absorb me as a full-time employee, but they are offering me Associate Engineer (I want Associate Director) and also some reduction in my CTC. Current CTC is 35 LPA. Should I accept the U.B.S offer or continue with my current org? I have been a direct employee of other banks in the past if that helps.

How many matters is typical for one associate to handle (BL lit)? I know it is group-specific, but just trying to get a general idea. I’m a 2nd year and I am the only associate staffed on about 30 cases-meaning I keep track of all deadlines, do all day to day assignments, keep on top of following up with client/OC, and all research/drafting. Partners handle deps/court but that is about it. Is this a normal case load to be responsible for as a jr? I being dramatic by thinking this is too much?

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also.
