I am looking for a change from KPMG in valuations domain with more than 7 years of work experience. I am managing a small team of 2 people and am well versed with valuation products including portfolio valuation using OPMs, indicative valuation, PPA, Goodwill impairment.

My career goal isn’t to make it to MBB or a unicorn or FAANG. It’s to feel fulfilled and challenged as I progress. I can’t be the only one that isn’t title or company chasing.

Anyone have experience going back to school for either an LLM, MBA or something else while still maintaining their practice? I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. What is the most realistic way to move to 200K? 1) Continue moving the ladder to a VP position, 2) Switch to Pre-Sale, 3) Switch to Consulting, 4) Work from a U.S. company from Canada.

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years.
