I was initially considered for an insights and analytics Manager - experience management opportunity, aced all the interviews and the recruiter got back to me saying they really liked me but are considering me for a Senior Consultant position in order to ‘set me up for success’, and that I could be promoted to manager anywhere within 3 to 6 months..

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

People that have small children - how do you deal with your child’s stress and separation anxiety when you go to work?
