I dont feel valued and recognised in my team. I have joined here as an Analyst with a CTC of 10lpa carrying 4.5 YOE; which is far less than my peers. I am an individual contributor and deliver business solely without any skip level manager. I have communicated the same to my coach and he is promissing me a promotion next year. I do have an offer from EY as Asst Manager so should I wait for Deloitte to revise my pakage or should i put down my paper and then bargain.

What would be the designation offer for 11.6 years experience and the Package for the same. Current salary 20 LPA fixed

Got a temp offer for less than a year without promise of turning into full-time. Wanted to know what ppl think about temp jobs (looks bad on resume if I don't turn full-time later within the company?) and what comp should look like (e.g. 1.2× of regular comp?).

I wonder there is some change in IT market..earlier it was heard very less that some colleague cracked a package of 35-40 LPA not even in senior positiins but now a days even 4 5 years experienced guys are getting this much and still older people having even 12 13 years of experience are at 20-25 LPA.
Are these guys taking huge packages at less YOE are at any risk of layoffs in future?
Any thoughts?

I’ve been practicing for 6 years in-house at a media company (was a startup when I joined and is now more established), straight out of law school. Due to the small nature of our team (3 legal members), I have been involved in all areas of our business and even advise c-suite frequently about legal risks. I’ve been working in a surgical subspecialty as a new grad PA for the past 4 months in FL. I make 95k but the work life balance is poor and I’m expected to work overtime every week (~5 hrs and often take work home too) AND take unpaid call for a month on a rotating schedule (every 2 months). The SP is a condescending nightmare. Should I start looking elsewhere now or get at least a year in? I am starting to feel burned out already.
