I had applied with TCS for Salesforce Lightning Developer and expecting a HR call for expected CTC.

YOE: 6.4
Tech: Salesforce with Lightning
CCTC: 21.5 LPA

Also expecting an offer from Coforge of 28.5 LPA including 5% variable.

But I really want to join TCS and settle for 4-5 years atleast.

Can someone advise how much should I tell as Expected CTC from TCS just to initiate the interview process?

I miss music. Like actual bands with instruments and vocal ability. Feels like the music industry is so hollowed out that multi-member instrumental bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even Metallica are no longer able to take root.

There are a few talented individual singers (Adele) a lot of awful mumble rappers, but no actual bands that will stand the test of time. Before I get called a Boomer, the problems with the music industry for new artists are well documented.

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?
