Take a vacation or a leave of absence. At least two weeks. If you are truly burned out changing jobs will just add the pressure of being new. During your break, truly unplug. Uninstall Slack and delete work email from your phone. Do nothing but leisure activities the first week then spend some time thinking about your career goals and if they are being met in your current role at your current company. If not, write down your must haves and nice to haves in you next role and start talking to recruiters. If they are being met outside of too many hours, go back but start treating you current job like you are a consultant billing hourly. Set a start and end time to your day, do not work on weekends and prioritize your time accordingly. I highly recommend the book Essentialism by Greg McKeown for more thoughts on this topic.

There has never been a better time to jump ship for remote work. Start looking. Good luck!
No, just work less. I know it sounds like stupid and cynical advice, but it actually works. Just work less. Nobody will hate you for it and almost certainly your peers and managers will understand.
Start enforcing boundaries as to when you’re available and when you’re not, for starters. Then I’d also start shopping for other opportunities.
A change of pace can really help with processing during this time. See what options you have to take some time off. Whether or not you should leave your job is a very personal decision but check out what your options are and see if that makes the answer more clear.
Take some time off before you make a decision. It best not to make rash decisions like a job change when suffering from active burnout.
Also, it may be you and not the job. I met people who changed jobs due to burnout and then immediately had burnout that the next job.
