I have a offer from Quebec, Canada as a Senior Frontend Developer(Angular) with yearly base salary of 100k CAD plus 14k CAD as Equity.

They are offering relocation package for both me and my spouse (she can apply for open work permit there).

I will be having a restricted work permit.

My Current CTC in India is 16 LPA.

Also they are asking me to join remotely till my work permit comes.

Should I go ahead or wait for the work permit ? Is the offer enough to sustain there ?
