I have gone through 2 technical rounds for band 8 in Kyndryl.

Can anyone please help me out with questions asked in the managerial round in Kyndryl ?

Managerial round is of 30 minutes and with US panel ( one of the VP). Is it going to be technical+managerial ?

If anyone has any ideas about the questions asked in this round for band 8, please help me out here.

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.

Are there any specific resources (books, articles, individuals, courses) for someone who wants to focus on being a Group Product Manager?

Shall we start curating a list of comp/bonus?
Saw the main bowl which has this list but few data points for Europe & UK.
Would be good to know what the pay is currently due to the hot market & new joiners with great comp?

In one interview today with Kundyl. Their expectation is to be available oncall 24*7... With work from office.

They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB...

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.
