The joining bonus is 1 lakh, which will be credited in the first month.

My question is how much tax is deducted on jb?

Can I get a refund if I do proper tax planning while filing ITR?

Or, it is treated differently and I won't get a refund??

Pls help as it will decide whether to accept the offer or not?

Now I have only 2 days to accept the offer, not yet accepted.
My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.

The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

2) People buy products from it
3) People share profits if there are some.

2) Increase employment in country

Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. So will I get a chance to submit my investment declarations in the new company for tds calculations in the middle of the year ? I'm new to everything so would appreciate your help. TIA :)
