Hi fishes, I need to travel to the USA with my husband who's currently on an H1B visa. We are not currently married but will be getting married next month, and my husband will travel back after the wedding. I need assistance if I should apply for B2 visa and travel with my husband and later change the status to H4 in the US. Or should I wait in India and apply for an H4 visa. Any advice/assistance is deeply appreciated. ☺️

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married.
