What location is this?

You realize discretionary means there is a possibility of not getting the bonus as well and or the target amount. Only pointing that out because often the bonus isn’t just based on your performance. If the organization/stakeholders don’t feel it was a good year, it could be less or not at all. Not trying to be negative but it happens. You need to treat it as such- a possible additional perk. If you are good and can do well with your base and the benefits, base your decision off of that. With a possibility of a bonus.
From working for a company that leaned the way on discretionary, if guaranteed works better for you, id go that route. Best of luck either way!
They were about 10% but they should tell you upfront
The HR only mentioned discretionary and was giving vague figures like anywhere between 60K and 100k would be bonus.. which is very hard to believe
Any reasonable offer letter will at least have a target
I’ve been applying to WF for product positions with my ten years in product for many months but I can’t seem to get that interview. How did you get in?
I have over 20 yrs experience. And over 15 years implementing ServiceNow product for various organizations around the world. I was in big 4 consulting firms in the past. Maybe this helped. I also applied via LinkedIn and I live in New Jersey and this position is for WFs Summit, NJ location with mandatory 3 day in office rule. Maybe my location also helped

I believe it’s would be equivalent to a Dir or Sr.Dir in any other non banking company. Although, this role is an individual contributor role, so no people leadership
