I recently interviewed at TCS designation: IT Analyst. Before the interviews, I shared my expectations were 16-18 LPA and after the interview HR informed me that they can try for 15.5 LPA, and for 16 LPA she mentioned the request would get rejected.
Should I push them for 16LPA?
And if I agree for 15.5 LPA what would be in-hand salary.

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?
