My Advice will be, don't put down your paper without an offer. Gauge the market and try crack an interview before putting down paper.
So you are getting 110% hike from your new employer?
As you just have 1 to 2 years of experience.
It doesn't matter if you switch.
As you gain experience you will find stability.
My advice would be go for more money at the starting stage
my advice would be If you don't have any offer in hand. I would suggest to try and crack at least 1 offer before you resign.
Sometimes HR won't schedule interview labelling the candidate as a "Job Hopper" or your profile might get overlooked due to instability. But once you get an offer feel free to resign
