Hi fishes, I was interviewed at EY 2 weeks back and even submitted a case study after that round. I am yet to hear back from them and HR people say even they haven’t heard back from hiring manager. The person who interviewed sent me LinkedIn connection request right after my interview. Should I ask him directly on LinkedIn for the feedback or should I wait for it to come through HR? Thanks.

I have an offer from Accenture. During interview I have informed about the location specification. However recieved offer with some other location. Based upon HR's confirmation I have accepted the offer and after a month I have recived updated offer with my preferred location , this time she also updated package components where package is decreased from my actual offer.
How should I deal with this,they are sending updated offer letters with multiple errors
