I've attended Interview at American Experience and it seems like I got selected and Salary discussion is about to happen in two days.

HOW much CTC I can ask here? and
may I know which one is good to choose Cerner or American Express in terms of WLB?

I'm currently working as a SWE and am interested in learning about the PM role and the experiences of others who switched to PM from a different role.
I enjoy customer engagement and planning/timelining work in an agile manner. These make me think I'd be a good fit for the role but I have some concerns/questions:

Hi All, I'm in notice period and supposed to join Accenture later this month.

However, I'm finding Accenture PMO folks extremely unprofessional. They're asking to sign GDPR agreements with their clients, generate IDs in the system and so on. Doesn't this constitute dual employment in a way?

Since I'm still contractually bound to IBM, how can I enter into agreements with 3rd parties for a future organisation. I don't know what's their expectation. Anyone else faced the same? Opinions pls.
