I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.

Fishes, what are your thoughts on the future of work? As long as you are in the same tax jurisdiction of your company, should companies really care where you work from? Personally, I think it will be helpful to de-congest the dump that this tier 1 cities in India. And will contribute to growth of tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Also people will be able to afford homes.

Fishes I have got offer letter from infosys. I have done class 12th part time , so would they revoke my offer letter i have 72% marks. In my professional career i have total 2.9 yr of experience.

I have three offers at present
Hcl - 18 lpa + 1 lac bonus (deputy manager e2.2)
Hexaware - 18 lpa + 1 lac bonus + 1 jb ( senior specialist)
Deloitte usi - 18.5 lpa + 10% bonus + 1.5 lac jb (lsa)

Which one is better and why?

Among HCL , legato and Persistent which one is good considering work life balance , job security and growth has to be balanced
Package is almost same in all three .
Legato weighs more in package to some extent and Persistent offering me senior engineering lead which is quite higher designation . I have 6 years of experience
