I am currently working with Accenture and I am joining EY GDS soon as a senior consultant with 25 LPA. I am going to be handling clients from the MENA region and traveling to clients location at times.

My work life balance is decent nowadays, I get weekends off but weekdays are a bit busy.

During the interview the manager, senior manager said that the work life balance is decent

If I join EY GDS will my work life balance be badly affected ?

I heard somewhere that L4 roles aren’t being interviewed by a bar raiser anymore. Can anyone confirm?

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’ve been in a near constant depressive/anxious state for family reasons for the last year and half, and am soon having my first kid. I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

I joined on 28th November and was told that the payroll team will contact me before 15th for payroll setup.

I have opened a new salary account with icici for gds but still have not been contacted by payroll team.

Will I get salary this month or will it be carried over to next month as my payroll is not setup and in orientation it was told that the cutoff date is 15th of every month.

What's the slab for Manager Level 2 or Level 3 in Taxation? Does it crosses 30-32L?
