Hi Fishes! Needed your help. This is my first job. I have an offer from a startup (very well known) and I'm in the process of interviewing for a Big 4 org. I'm in a dilemma because the startup wants me to join on 31st oct while the big4's 3rd round will be held on 1st nov or later. I prefer joining the big4 org more. A little helpless situation because of the diwali holidays. Can I delay the offer for a week more? I had mentioned to them that I'm a immediate joiner also. Please help.
