Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy

Current fixed is 9.80 variable is around 80k as per 2020.

FOR 2021 the Hike letters are few days away.

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.
Please suggest.

- Have an offer in hand of 31Lpa (not accepted yet due to appraisal)
* What salary range one should Target?
* Which all companies to target who provide good pay( Product/Service based). Please have some names as it's hard to find.
