With that being said I told her that I would complete my certificate by the summer around the time she would make partner. So I had HR discussions after tech and managerial round and she said, she will have to get approval from management for salary discussions as it’s on the higher side as per my YOE.

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.


Anyone please advise.

Why are HRs getting so proactive towards year end for employees RTO, when it’s mostly IT shutdown everywhere . Even clients are not there what will the employees do ? Spring cleaning in offices ???!!!
