I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO/JP as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking & finance, & have retail banking experience of 4.5 years. Overall 8+ YOE from scrap.
Just want to understand the salary structure and role in wells/jp if possible. What can I expect with the jump at most? Plz help.

Don’t you find it funny how mids and seniors applaud no raises for juniors because said juniors are useless and yet refuse to come into the office to train said juniors? Big Law is a total farce. I’ll keep sitting here by myself and maybe one day won’t be so useless, maybe by magic.

Gay man who works in a large org that is big on diversity and inclusion efforts. I’d say about 50-60% of people (at all levels, across all age groups and races) list their gender pronouns in email signature. I list mine because I see it as a way to show support for colleagues who may not be cisgender.
