I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I want to share my CTS interview experience.(cleared, yoe: 3yrs)
I interviewed for .net position.

There were 3 rounds.
1. Technical : they asked basic questions on C#, .net, SQL.
C# : Oops concept questions
.net: mostly on asp.net, MVC and webapi.
SQL: about functions, stored procedures, performance related questions.
2. Managerial: about project
3. HR : basic salary discussion and background.

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else. I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

Which one would you opt considering that Mphasis is a bigger company(terms of employee count) than either Optimum Info System or Shell ?.
