Have recently joined an organisation (3 months back) and now have cleared all rounds of a different organisation and I am willing to join it, also waiting for salary related hr discussion.
Can you tell what to do if they say that they will give the same salary as it's only been 3 months working in current organization.
Help with some solution/suggestions if this situation comes.
Total yoe: 5 years.

In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.

We recently got the ok to schedule our orientation and delivery date for our IVF medications and all I have to say is ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF! My husband has dermatomyositis, and his doctor put off treatment so that we could do some collection and go through IVF. I felt like my dr was blowing off our timeline, but I persisted. I worked with CVS Caremark directly and got approval in 2 days (not the expected 3 weeks). Moral of the story: ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!
